5. Service Bookings and Appointments

5.1 Booking Process

When booking our styling services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your requirements. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation from HorizonField.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows are charged the full service fee.

5.3 Service Delivery

While we strive to deliver our services as described, the nature of styling services means that results may vary based on individual circumstances, preferences, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our styling services.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

All prices for our services are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect services that have already been booked and confirmed.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of HorizonField or our affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

  • Any content obtained from our Services;
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
  • The results of styling services or advice provided.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services exceed the amount paid by you to HorizonField, if any, for accessing or using our Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

The limitations of liability in this section shall apply even if HorizonField has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HorizonField and its affiliates, suppliers, and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to attempt to resolve any disputes informally before pursuing legal action. If you have a dispute with us, you agree to contact us with a written description of the problem and your proposed resolution. If we are unable to resolve the dispute within 60 days, you may pursue further legal action.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and HorizonField concerning our Services.
